The Court of Appeal has dismissed an application by the Kenya National Union Teachers which sought to have three judges hearing their case disqualify themselves.<br /><br />The judges say KNUT has not given any convincing reason why they should not continue hearing their appeal, as argued by lawyer Ahmednasir Abdulahi.<br />The lawyer had accused the three judges of being impartial, claiming they were under control from the president of the court of appeal.<br /><br />Following the ruling, Ahmednasir has excused himself although KNUT will continue to be represented by Paul Muite despite their apprehension.
